Fulham fell to a Boxing Day defeat as AFC Bournemouth scored one early and one late to secure victory at the Goldsands Stadium.
Brett Pitman added the finishing touch to Matt Ritchie's ninth-minute corner and the Cherries controlled to go into half-time with a deserved one-goal lead.
Having struggled to get into their rhythm, the Whites raised their game after the interval and Marcus Bettinelli's save from Pitman's penalty provided a further boost.
With the clock ticking down, Fulham pushed forward in search of a leveller but Harry Arter scored on the counter as the Cherries retained their place at the top of the Sky Bet Championship. (fulhamfc.com)
