Ending a two-week wrangling with 1860 Munchen, Kiraly Gabor, the Hungarian goalkeeper made contract with the England Club for 1 + 1 year. Five years I spent with 1860 Munich, was a wonderful period of my life. I met a lot of people, learned a lot and got more experience. I will continue to follow the happenings around 1860, but now it has brought my life to the island country said Kiraly Gabor.
British football clubs are already familiar for him, as he was played nearly 150 matches for various England Clubs in past. Kiraly Gabor further said that he also discussed with his friends Zoltan Gera and Moritz Volz about his next team, who were playing at Fulham for three years and six years respectively.
It is an honor to play for oldest club in London and do everything to help the team at my level best. My whole family will move to London, where the children will start school in September said Kiraly Gabor.
“I understand that Gabor Kiraly has accepted the offer of Fulham, out of the respect for him we have allowed him to join the island nation. He was working for the 1860 Munchen Club for the last five years at full swing, I thank him very much and also wish him good luck with the FC-Fulham” said Gerhard Poschner, the 1860 Munchen sports director.

Gabor Kiraly was a crowd favorite for many years at 1860 Munchen and firmly defended the Lion’s goa post. But in the 2nd round of this season there was quarrel with one of teammate during home game against Leipzig (0- 3) although both of them shook hands and matter was shorted out amicably. Ricardo Moniz, coach of 1860 Munchen still exiled Kiraly Gabor to the U-21 team.  The 38-year-old experienced goalkeeper's performance was not complaining though and returned to the first team but Moniz was not for him at his side and the 21-year-old Stefan Ortega was chosen for the last match over Kiraly Gabor and for league appearances as well. Transfer of experienced Kiraly Gabor will be definitely advantage for Fulham Club to strengthen their defense of goal post who prefer not to sit on benches at his mid career in excellent form but protect the goalpost.

Gabor Kiraly contracted with 1860 Munich in the German second division game in 2009 and played 168 matches for club. Over the last three years in row, the fans of the team voted him the best player and for the 2011/2012 season he received the Gold Glove on the basis of voting of professional writers as the league's best goalkeeper.
